It's Official

Summer is here! 

The first day (Meet the Teacher) and last day (Field Day) of First Grade

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Mrs. Smith! I can't say enough how kind, patient, and diligent she was, and all of that through her first year teaching at BH.  Not only was she liked by all the students and families, but she taught the kids so much and helped them grow and mature throughout the year.

Cole's Report Card: ALL As ALL year. 

BOOM!

I am so very proud of all of his hard work this year, and on top of it, his reading score/level increased by 7 levels. SEVEN.  He is now highly proficient in all categories for First Grade nationally for private schools. He will be rewarded for this awesome report card with a new Razor Rift Scooter that he has had his eye on!

The kids also celebrated a long, hard year with Field Day today.

Lastly, I took Cole and Drew for Sonic treats after nearly 4 hours spent running around at Field Day. What an awesome way to end Cole's First Grade Year!

Next up: Tate finishes in the 2YO class and moves up to the 3YO class for the summer next week. Every day is like Field Day for that little Energizer Bunny :) 

Summer will include swimming lessons, Swimming & Fun Day Camp for Cole, a beach trip, overnight Summer Camp for Cole, piano lessons, and more.  Lucky little boys. Even luckier parents.
