Glenn Campbell

Galveston, oh Galveston...

We just returned from a few days of sand and surf with the Leevers, the Magris, and the Bakunases.  Lots of sand, surf, delicious meals, laughter, margaritas, and music.  Oh, and two 2 1/2 year old screaming maniac boys wrestling.  ;) Good times had by all.

I didn't pull out my big camera because I'm still cleaning sand off of it from last summer.  I managed to snap some cute pics on my phone and Kayla and Pete broke out their good cameras so check Kayla's blog because most of mine were taken the first couple of days before John, Nathalia, Pete & Carrie arrived.

The car was loaded down.  Mike couldn't get off on Tuesday with us, so we drove two cars. I don't think a man could have packed a car so well.

And this was taken 5 minutes into the trip down to Galveston.  SCORE!!

We arrived and were HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY to be by the sea.

The three boys playing in the surf (see Saw Man close to the waves)

Cole let us bury him.  I was shocked.  But as Mike said, "Uncle Hunter has a way of talking people into things..." :)

Moms and babies.  Make that Moms and toddlers AND a baby!

The boys were so happy when Mike joined us at the beach on Thursday.

It was awesome to spend Independence Day with these two cuties, a soldier, a veteran, family, and friends over looking fireworks at the ocean and the bay.

And a very happy birthday to my dad!

Love, love, love this lady.

A great time at the coast.  Ready to do it again!

  1. Great phone shots. I love the one of the 4 of ya'll! Sawyer loves cousin time. I am still hearing "mine" "no mine" and lots of screaming, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!
