Another crazy busy, but FUN, summer week. Cole, Braxton, and DG had tennis and swim camp in Tyler while I took a 13-hour continuing legal ed course (SNOOZE). The pro at the club nick-named Cole "Smooth" because of his smooth stroke. He had a blast and did great, so this is a sport for him we are going to encourage!
This little nugget was so glad to be back at school a few days this week and to see his friends. The teachers asked the kids what they wanted to be when they got big and put up a wall mural with all of their answers. Tate: "I play football."
And this was Friday when the boys were at home with me and chose their own clothing. Backwards hat on T, navy shirt with black & neon yellow shorts for C. Lord help their future wives.
And because you clearly haven't seen enough pictures from our beach trips...
here are some more that Katy sent me :)
Trey throwing Cole at the Port Royal pool. Katy and I took the big boys to visit the Schroeders at Port Royal and left Chris and Mike home with the napping toddlers. Being the only dad there, Trey got a work out throwing the kids over and over and over and over. You get the picture.
3/4 of our family
Kristi and me
Big Buddies (Katy nicknamed them Ivory and Ebony - ha!)
Family beach pic - I thought this was a great shot until I saw a bunch of photos that a friend of ours posted on Facebook... from Grand Cayman. Where the sand is white and the water is aqua and you can swim with stingrays. Ahh... I SHALL go back there. And not soon enough.
We may not have made it to the Caribbean this year, but the boys don't know the difference [yet] and they LOVE the surf no matter where we are.

Fun times! I like Mike's beard!
