Tate is 6 months old!
- He weighs 18.5-19 pounds.
- Wears size 3 diapers.
- Wears size 6-12 month clothes.
- He smiles a lot, laughs, coos, and babbles.
- He is becoming more independent. He wants to grab toys, feed himself, and move toward toys and people.
- He rolls all across the floor and scoots toward his toys. He also "swims" on his tummy and can lift his legs up underneath that big belly of his.
- He cannot yet sit on his own, but he is so close.
- I put him to sleep around 8:30-9:00 pm and he is consistently sleeping through the night, until 7:00 am (except for this past weekend in Granbury, but I think that was because he was out of his normal element!).
- He sleeps on his side or stomach.
- He is eating two solid meals a day (fruit + cereal in the morning, veggie + cereal at night). He also has a snack (rice rusks, fresh fruit that I mush up for him, or puffs) once a day.
- He still nurses often. Check out his thighs for proof. Or his belly. Or his cankles. Or wrists. Or neck. Wait, what neck? ;)
- He still needs the Prevacid to control his reflux.
- He is truly a happy and laid back baby. He rarely cries, he smiles and laughs often, and is a blessing to our family. We cannot believe how fast these past 6 months have gone. How lucky we are with two healthy, beautiful boys who are FULL OF LIFE!
Happy 6 month birthday Tater....Can't wait to see your chunky self in a couple of weeks!
