We spent Memorial Day weekend at Lakeway Resort & Spa on Lake Travis. I highly recommend it. We had a BLAST with our friends, Ashley & Drew and their munchkins. The hotel was nice and kid-friendly, which I used to think was an oxymoron.
If you are looking for something witty in this post, you probably won't find it. We just arrived back home and I've decided car rides and kids under 5 mix about like oil and water.
Braton, Daylee Grace & Cole a/k/a "The Swimming Fools!"
I do not understand why repeatedly lifting a 16-pounder doesn't tone one's upper arms.
I do understand that this baby is SO STINKIN' PRECIOUS!
Yes, he was the cutest baby at the pool.
These two were inseparable. They mix like fire and gasoline.
Is it time to eat again, yet?
Yes? Did you say, "yes?!"
The resort had a fire pit and the makings for S'mores every evening.
Why, hello ladies...

Happy kids riding on the shuttle to the famous Oasis Restaurant
As were we leaving, someone remarked that Cole had a tan. Little did they know he always looks like this.
Loved the pools with cabanas, a big waterslide, umbrellas, waterfalls, and beach entry.
Adult dinner one night at Hudson's on the Bend. F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S. and worth every cent... for the food and the sitter.
Memorial Day - Thank you to all those who have served and their families. And a special 'shout-out' to Uncle Hunter.
And the best part of the weekend was meeting sweet Luke. No, his mom does not look like she gave birth 5 days ago. I'm pretty sure I was wearing a muu muu and no make-up at that point. Congrats to Katy & Chris and big brother, Jack!
Tate is sitting up like a big boy and looks so cute in his red white and blue onesie! Where have our little babies gone??!! Glad yall had fun!
