One. Proud. Mom.

Cole played the piano this morning during offertory at church.  He's been working on this hymn all summer with his amazing piano teacher, Mrs. Cool.  He showcased his talent today in front of about 250 people.  He was nervous beforehand, but did great.  He played the piece twice so it would take up the time needed to collect the offering.  Everyone was extremely complimentary of him, and we were SO proud.  He is 7.
7!!

He had a few hiccups, but I think those were mainly due to the fact that he's only played on the piano once before (just to practice last week).  And I just reminded myself that 95% of the adults in the audience couldn't even get up and do what he did.
Way to go Cole-Man!

[In other way-less-important news, the cleaners fixed the stains on my green dress! WHOO HOO! I got to wear it to his performance today, which was even better than getting to wear it last weekend.  It all worked out.]
