This weekend the Westbrooks invited us to the Baylor-Tech game in Dallas at Jerry World, er AT&T Stadium. We had a blast... for the first half ;)
A friendly rivalry!
We arrived at the game to tailgate a few hours before with most of the other Tech fans... and a handful of Bears. Red Raiders KNOW how to party, er tailgate. In fact, we ran into our friend from law school (and college for me), Danielle, and my high school/college friend, John Confer, and his new wife. So fun to catch up with old friends.
The stadium was PACKED and rocking. The Westbrooks got us amazing club-level seats. They were in the Baylor Section, but I think I only offended a few of their fans with my school spirit and cheers.
We may not be in college anymore,but we might have acted like it on Saturday night. So. Much. Fun.
You might be wondering where the kids were....
doing chores at home like good little boys should.
Only kidding. Our sitter, Kim, stayed at the house with them and they were raking these piles of leave so they could run and jump in them.
Looking forward to the game next year, and hopefully a bit better outcome for Tech.
