Five Things I've Learned While Addressing our Christmas Cards This Year:
5. We send more cards to friends in and around Austin, Texas than anywhere else, including the town we live in now and our hometowns. Is this is a sign?
4. The card that will travel the farthest this year is going to our friends, the Rocaps, in Switzerland.
3. I still have 6 cards that need addresses, all of which are going to people I know have moved in the last year but who have not sent me updated addresses yet. Clearly, they don't know me.
2. My BFF, Reagan, told me she hasn't even ordered her cards yet. It stressed me out just talking to her. ;)
1. I get to add a new NEPHEW to the address list this year. Welcome, sweet baby Tyler Neil! He arrived on November 10, 2013, weighing in at 6 lbs., 6 oz., and was 20 inches long. What a perfect fit for JH, Kayla, Sawyer, and our entire family. Being an aunt again rocks!
Cole wanted them to name him "Debbie," but I think he looks more like a Tyler, no? :)
Now, the cards might be done but who is going to come decorate my house for the holidays?!
It will really stress you out to hear that I won't even get photos for cards I need to order until mid-late December. Hope my cute new addition makes up for it!

ReplyDeleteI think #5 is a sign Lindsay, just sayin'! And Kayla, we are having photos taken at Thanksgiving and also won't get them back til mid-December and it's been stressing me out since the photographer first told me in September.
