Our baby isn't a baby anymore, but he'll always be our baby. Happy birthday, Baby!
Big number 4 today
Little Man Tate was supposed to have a birthday party yesterday with his friends, but a little lot of sickness in this house forced a decision earlier in the week to postpone the party. I like my friends too much to send home the flu as a party favor ;) The birthday shall go on next weekend!
In the mean time, Tate woke up to a little birthday singing this morning and he was so excited when I told him he "woke up 4!" (A benefit of being born at 5:30 am)
We will celebrate with a cupcake tuptate tonight and open gifts from the family.
He also had a celebration at school, complete with donuts per his request.
His class sang to him and he pretended to be shy, but we all know Tate LOVES a good birthday. Any birthday! :)
We also made party favors for his class: glow stick bracelets/wands and little cards that I printed over the weekend. Turned out cute for less than 10 cents per kid, I thought!
The past four years have flown by, and I remember the morning he was born like it was yesterday. ALL THAT DARK HAIR.
Happy, happy birthday to our sweet, sugar-loving, athletic, rule-minding, big-brother-following, creature-loving, not-talk-to-just-anyone, eye-twinkling little man!

Happy Birthday Sweet Tater! Love the description- very accurate!
ReplyDeleteHBD Tate! I also love the saltines with the breakfast donut????
ReplyDeleteHa! Saltines + processed cheese = MRS snack. I brought the donuts but totally forgot cute plates/napkins. Mom fail.
