Mike and Cole went on a Father-Son fishing excursion Saturday out at Dennis's property (Natalie's Dad/Von's Granddad) near Neches (pronounced NAY-CHESS for those of you not from East Texas!). I'd say these boys can bring home some bacon... er, fish!

Saturday night we got together with a lot of friends for chicken and steak kabobs at the Dawsons' house. I took one picture. Pathetic, I know. But the older kids were running around like maniacs: Grady, Cole, and Von with fake guns playing deputies trying to capture Landry, Gracie, Gretchen, Kate, Caroline, and Daylee Grace, who were all squealing at the top of their lungs. These two angels were the only ones who stopped to eat dinner -
