First of Fourteen

Cole started school today.  He is attending The Brook Hill School, which is Pre-K through 12th grade. So, even though this isn't Kindergarten, it is actually his first year at a "real, big school."  I can't believe this day is here already (tear).  We are so proud of him, and he was willingly wearing his tie this morning.  I'm sure it will come off and we'll have a uniform infraction by day's end. Thank goodness ties are only required on Wednesdays.

At Meet the Teacher yesterday afternoon, Cole was excited to see the new toys and playground.  In his classroom, he found his cubby, seat for circle time, and seat at a table.   He also promptly told Mrs. Bell that he only liked to play with boys, and did not like girls. Nice one, Cole-man.  (Good luck, Mrs. Bell!)
