Super B

The past few weeks have been a BLUR because, as always we are BUSY. But, we wouldn't have it any other way.

First up, the BIRTHDAY BOY! Mike celebrated 38 on February 3rd, and as I posted on Social Media that day, I feel blessed to have spent the last 15 with him.

We were able to sneak in a rare date night to celebrate a couple of weekends ago, and then he celebrated at work.... in a BOA, and tiara.  I am sure Peggy is proud. ;)

We had tacos, cookies, and cupcakes for dinner, the boys gave him pictures they had drawn, and everyone BLEW out the candle. Cheers to an amazing man!

Next up, Cole-Man! Cole has been competing in the classroom and school-wide Speech Meets for BIBLE verse memorization over the past couple of weeks, and last Thursday we found out he qualified for the ACSI District-Wide Speech Meet! You are looking at BROOK HILL's top Third Grader for BIBLE memory! BOOM! We are really proud of him, his public speaking ability, his sharp memory, and his effort to compete with a very busy school/basketball/piano/Cadet Singers schedule.

Next up, our BABY BIG BOY, Tate, and the latest happenings at school.  Here he is on the 100th day of school with his BEST friends, BROOKS, Hetcher, and Aiden. Are these not the cutest BUDDIES you have seen?!

Last Friday, on the 101st day of school, the Pre-K students had a Letter P party, which I helped with. They wore pajamas, ate purple and pink popcorn for snack, drank purple punch, and had pizza and pudding on purple plates for lunch.  We are BLESSED Tate has such an amazing teacher, who is right there in her pajamas on the floor with these darling 4 and 5 year-olds.

Speaking of Bs, let me not leave out the five-month-old, amazing BULLMASTIFF, Sammie! She is growing, and is a great dog.  Tate's BEST friend for sure.

Speaking of BEST BUDS, we spent last weekend in Austin with the Andres.  Good friends make you laugh louder, smile BIGGER, live BETTER.

Friday night, we hung out on their BEAUTIFUL new BACK patio with their friends and neighbors, and Saturday we left the hoodlums with a sitter for a dinner out at Sway (amazing!) and drinks at the Stephen F. Austin BAR downtown.

As always, the BOYS wrestled, stayed up waaaay too late having fun with each other, and

were BUMMED to have to leave on Sunday.

Finally, we met up with BACA for BRUNCH in Austin on Sunday morning before heading home.  Tate and Mike celebrated late BIRTHDAYS, I had an early BIRTHDAY, and not-to-be-left-out BIG BROTHER even got a gift!

We made it home for the Super BOWL and BRUNO Mars...

Go BRONCOS!
xoxo,
Lindsay
