Yesterday was Mike's birthday - we celebrated at home with a few gifts (including a new Weber grill) and Papa Murphy's pizza.
Mike left this morning for a hunt in Uvalde, so I decided it would be a pajama day for the boys and me. (This might or might not have had anything to do with the fact that we partied like rock stars with Nick and Kelley, and Tate woke up at 6:00 am.)
Every PJ day must start with donuts. This was Tate's first donut. It took him 7.2 seconds to devour it and demand another.
We played inside most of the morning because it was dreary out. Cole and I watched Bedtime Stories, a movie on Disney, while Tate took a nap. Then we ventured out to drive through McDonald's for lunch.
Someone likes ketchup.
After lunch, we set up the teepee.
And played outside in the rain puddles once the sun broke through the clouds.
Then we went back in to play some more (costume change for Tate, who soaked his pajamas). The boys ordered Cheerios and juice from "Room Service."
After dinner we took a bath and.... got dressed in clean PAJAMAS!
