I and Tate

Here are some recent Cole-isms:

Cole: "Me and Tate got 2 points, and you got 1."

Me: "Tate and I have 2 points, and you have 1."

Cole (for the rest of the game): "I and Tate have 3 points..."

Another example: "I and Tate have the same germs because I just shared my lemonade with him."  (Grandparents, don't have a heart attack. I did not let Cole drink after this.)

Cole (on wanting a new, more powerful battery-operated 4-wheeler and after we tell him that it costs a lot of money): "Mom, I have a great idea! We don't have to buy a new 4-wheeler, we can just order one on-line."

Me: "Cole, you still have to pay for things when you order them."

Me (after Cole's first day at Vacation Bible School): "Did you see anyone that you knew?"

Cole: "I only saw two persons that I know."

And the new Tate-ism is...

"Hello, my name is Tate and I have another ear infection and will now be getting tubes just like my older brother." Oh, joy. :/

Okay, really it is "bye bye" in the cutest high-pitched little voice you have ever heard with a  corresponding wave. I tried to video, but alas, the sick toddler didn't want to perform when I broke out the camera. He only performs for EVERY SINGLE PERSON HE SEES in Wal-Mart.   Tate is also obsessed with babies (real ones). He screams "baby" and points and wants to be right next to the baby.  It is a good thing we have some friends with a beautiful new baby because that's all he is going to get ;)
