I read another blog (written by a girl I do not know, but she's entertaining), and every week she does a series called Ten on Tuesday. Different bloggers submit 10 random questions and everyone answers them. I decided today would be as good a Tuesday as any to participate.
If you care less about me personally and only visit to see the pictures of the darling boys, stop reading now (and check out their cute photos to the right --> that my friend Shelly added for me).
Now, onto the questions:
1. How many blogs do you read every day and what are they? (I’m talking the ones you NEVER miss)
My own, my awesome sister-in-law Kayla's, Shelly's, Reagan's, Kelly's Korner, Roots and Rings. There are a few others that I check weekly or so.
2. How many “best friends” do you have? Do you have different “besties” for different areas of your life?
Mike is my best friend (cue the "ahhhh"). Okay, really, I am blessed with wonderful friends. Kayla, Reagan, Meredith, and Katy are my besties. I've got some great friends in J-ville, too - Natalie & Kelley, among others.
3. What’s your daily make up routine?
3. What’s your daily make up routine?
Moisturizer with sunscreen, light makeup on most days, blush, powder, and mascara. I only wear eye shadow and eyeliner if I'm actually going somewhere. The benefits of working from home are countless!
4. What is your ideal girl’s night?
Wine or mojitos on a nice patio. Something low key that does not involve loud, thumping music. I only like to rap to my boys. They love it, trust me.
5. Do you keep up with your nails/toenails or are they au natural?
Definitely. My grandmother always told me that you can tell how much a person takes care of themselves by looking at their nails, and my mom says nice girls always have polished toenails. I do my own most of the time, but my toenails are always polished. My fingernails are kept short and either have clear polish on them or are buffed.

6. What’s your best roommate story (assuming you had a roommate at some point in your life)?
I have lots of stories about my freshman roommate at Tech, Christian. She is awesome! But, the best story has to be when I was in my second year of law school and had a guy roommate, Jason. He had a fog machine. We lived next door to Joel and Kortney, who were also in law school with us. Not only did Jason have a fog machine, but he was an ex-cop. RANDOM MAN. One night after a party involving said fog machine, Joel used Jason's uniform and gun and went to the condos around us pretending to be a cop. It was awesome.
7. What’s your “go to” outfit that you wear more than anything else?
Jean capris or jeans with a fitted t-shirt and my Chacos. If you don't know what Chacos are, you are missing out. Search for them on REI. You will thank me.
8. Do you have a beauty secret?
I wish. I barely have a beauty routine. 9. Did you read Seventeen magazine growing up?
Of course.
10. How did you learn to put on makeup?
My mom took me to get a makeover at the Clinique counter before I started 7th grade. That was a long time ago. I've not changed my make-up routine since then. Perhaps I should.
